From an early age, Kristen noticed things about words that others often missed. Whether it was editorial in a newspaper or a simple menu at a restaurant, Kristen’s talent for consistently spotting inaccuracies in everyday writings seemed to be her calling. This unique ability helped her to land a travel writing gig with Sympatico.ca where she taught herself HTML on the fly.

Kristen continued to build on her editing and writing skills while working as Web Editor for whistlerblackcomb.com and as Managing Editor of Mountain Life Magazine. Over the last 20 years, she has worked with a wide range of clients, from publishing companies and creative agencies, to entrepreneurs and non-profit organizations. Kristen is currently working with Tourism Whistler to market her favourite ski town to the world as the Web Editor for whistler.com.
